Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Achieve recruitment objectives and drive growth in assigned club territory
• Develop strategies to drive sales through analyses of market trends and an understanding of assigned Membership territory
• Develop effective territory call plan to engage individuals/professionals and drive recruitment results
• Prospects for new opportunities via outbound calling, emailing, SMS, Social Media etc.
• Consistently achieve or exceed goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
• Proactively develop connections with new members and actively build existing relationships
• Prepare strategies to engage new members through well-executed presentations
• Issue your ID to new members for your credits and discounts
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective members
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential members to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and member relationships
• Expedite the resolution of member problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Must be flexible and able to setup own schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on member needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Possess a lead list to apply in marketing use.

• Build quality relationships with both new and existing members
• Individual must have real initiative, eager to learn and be motivated
• Willing to hustle and grind. The hardest workers make the most money
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
