The terms and conditions governing these products being offered are subject to the terms in the agreement sent to you with the receipts of your purchase. The wordings of this website is a representative of the actual contract and are not the final product and/or agreement. Any concerns or consultations pursuant to these agreement should be done and concluded to your contract attached with your receipt of purchase.
YOU AGREE NOT TO JOIN A CLASS ACTION
ARBITRATION SHALL PROCEED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS WITHOUT THE RIGHT FOR ANY CLAIMS TO BE ARBITRATED ON A COLLECTIVE OR CLASS ACTION BASIS OR ON BASES INVOLVING CLAIMS BROUGHT IN A PURPORTED REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF OTHERS (“CLASS ACTION WAIVER”). CLAIMS MAY NOT BE JOINED OR CONSOLIDATED UNLESS AGREED TO IN WRITING BY ALL PARTIES. THIS WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT EVEN IF THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS LIMITED, VOIDED OR FOUND UNENFORCEABLE.
AMENDATORY CLAUSE
It is expressly agreed that, notwithstanding any other provisions of this Contract, the Purchaser shall be obligated to write a testimony upon the settlement of the contract or completion of purchase of the products described herein. The Purchaser shall have the privilege and option of proceeding with the consummation of the Contract without regard to the amount of the net worth value. The Purchaser should satisfy himself/herself that the program net worth values are acceptable.
